Genuine Telecom accepts credit cards. Paying is convenient and easy when you set up your telephone bill for credit card payment. Plus, if you use a credit card that offers reward programs such as points or miles, you can increase those reward opportunities each month.
There is no charge for paying by credit card and set up is simple. Our program allows you to set up a one time payment, or better yet, set up an automatic monthly credit card withdrawal.
Here’s how it works:
If you set up a continuous credit card payment, each month, we will automatically submit your current monthly charges to your credit card company. You’ll continue to receive your paper bill at the normal time each month, showing all your charges. The bill will indicate the total amount charged to your credit card. That’s all there is to it.

Automated Payment Plan (ACH)
Here’s how it works:
If you set up a continuous automated payment, each month, we will automatically deduct your charges from your bank account each month. You’ll continue to receive your paper bill at the normal time each month, showing all your charges. The bill will indicate the total amount deducted from your account. That’s all there is to it.
